OBAMACARE IS THE LAW OF THE LAND AND IT IS CONSTITUTIONAL.

When broken into its components, ObamaCare is favored by the majority of Americans. When lumped together under the once derogatory, but now laudable, name of “ObamaCare” the Republicans have managed to badly soil the name without discussing the actual benefits. 

Last week we SNAP-CAPPed the benefits of ObamaCare. On June 28th, 2012 the conservative leaning Roberts Supreme Court of the United States came up with a stunning decision ruling the Health Care Act of 2010 constitutional. 

With a 4 – 4 ideologically based tie, the swing vote came from the conservative Chief Justice himself. In a telling emphasis for his vote, Roberts himself wrote the majority opinion. This unusual and unpredicted deed should shout loud and clear that OBAMACARE IS THE LAW OF THE LAND AND IT IS CONSTITUTIONAL. 

In spite of this, the Republican leadership is driving itself off another intellectual cliff that will end nowhere but smashing on the rocks below. Everything they have tried as their campaign theme has ended up there. Gas prices, Governor Romney’s experience in job creation, and now the most transparently political and self-destructive of them all – repeal of ObamaCare. Good luck!
