Fact #1
President Obama has an astounding record of accomplishments.
There is a widely circulated myth that the President Obama has been a “do nothing” President. That statement is patently untrue and NOW YOU CAN CHECK THE FACTS for yourself.
According to Dr. Robert Watson, Ph.D., a noted presidential historian and Professor at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.:
"Obama's first 100 days were one of the most active and successful in the history of the presidency, with the exception of FDR's first 100 days, which remains the standard by which all presidents are measured.
FDR's first 100 days included his Emergency Banking Bill and bank holiday, the establishment of the TVA and CC, emergency relief and stimulus, reconstructive finance and mortgage relief for home owners and farmers, broad regulatory powers for the FTC, and so on. Obama pushed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay bill, economic stimulus, the auto rescue, TARP program and bank rescue, and so on.
"In terms of the sheer number and array of initiatives passed by Obama, his domestic and international travel, meetings with world leaders, his number of press conferences, town halls, interviews, and speeches, and so on, it is safe to say that Obama's presidency has been one of the most active in American history, trailing only perhaps those of Franklin D. Roosevelt and Lyndon B. Johnson. Obama's presidency has been even more active than that of the great Teddy Roosevelt!"
